过去完成时1. 过去完成时表示一个动作或状态在过去某一时间或动作之前刚刚完成或结束，也可能是早已完成或结束。例如：The film had begun when we arrived at the cinema.我们到达电影院时，电影已经开始了。2. 过去完成时表示一个动作或状态在过去某时之前已开始，一直延续到这一过去时间，且仍有继续下去的可能性。只适用于状态动词和表示持续性动作的动词，常与表示一段时间的状语连用。例如：By the end of last year, he had work here for thirty years.到去年年底，他已经在这干了30年了。He perhaps had made some friends by then.到那时，他可能已经交了几个朋友

冠词是一种虚词,用在名词或名词词组的前面,表示名词是特指还是泛指。冠词可分为不定冠词和定冠词两种形式。 不定冠词有 a, an。 定冠词有 the. 其中, a 用在发音以辅音开头的名词之前, 而 an 则 用在 发音以元音开头的名词之前。不定冠词的用法:

1) 表示某一类人或某事物中的任何一个,经常用在第一次提到某人或某物时,用不定冠词起介绍作用，表示一个。

宾语，又称受词，是指一个动作（动词）的接受者


什么叫及物动词呢，先把概念告诉大家，必须加宾语意思才完整的动词，就是及物动词。不及物动词，就是不必加宾语意思就完整的动词。举两个例子，“give”，I will give…，give的是什么呢，这不完整，说明give是助动词，必须加宾语，可以说I will give you a book.这个give就是及物动词。接下来再举一例，“listen”，I am listening，意思完整，不用加宾语意思就完整，这个词就是不及物动词，不是说不及物动词就不能加宾语，也能加，但是加的时候要加一个介词，如listen to me，一定要加介词。

Dear Sir，

I am happy that I can work in this wonderful company here.But I should say something about the dinning hall of our company. Since the reason why we have this dinnng hall is to let us staffs work better for our company, the dining hall is so important not only for us, but for our company.
But the dishes here are in poor quality, and the prices are so high, and the choicee that we have are so limited.Above all, the dinning hall cann't hold 100 people having meals together.
I hope these unpleasant things can changed later, and we promise we can work better and better beacuse of the dinning hall.
