1999年10月晋升为教授。2002年9月被南京工业大学遴选为博士生导师;11月被鲁南制药股份有限公司聘为博士后工作站指导教师。
2003年9月被青岛科技大学遴选为博士生导师。现指导在读博士研究生9人,硕士研究生10人。
2012年7月调至临沂大学工作。
2015年至今任临沂大学校长。
曾任青岛科技大学化学与分子工程学院院长。现任临沂大学学术部部长兼科技处处长。
主要成就科研成就2003年以来,作为项目负责人承担课题9项,其中:国家自然科学基金2项,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划1项,
青岛市科技将才专项计划1项,电分析化学国家重点实验室基金1项,山东省自然科学基金-重点项目2项,山东省优秀中青年科学家奖励基金2项,山东省教育厅科技计划1项,青岛市科技发展规划1项。
2005年6月通过山东省科技厅组织的鉴定项目1项。
2006年5月通过山东省教育厅组织的鉴定项目1项。
申报发明专利32项,已进入实审21项。出版专(译)著4部。
